In the event of a class or course being cancelled, every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates and times. If we are not able to offer a suitable alternative class, a refund will be granted.

Catch Ups

La Diabla Pole Studio operates on an 8 week term, and offers 8 week and fortnightly billing periods. We strongly recommend that you attend all of your booked classes however, you can use your booking credits for a catch up class depending on availability. To avoid losing your booking credits, please cancel 6 hours in advance (minimum) via the BSport App. Catch up classes must be taken within the same billing period and can not be transferred/rolled over to a new billing period.

Nevertheless we do try our best to offer the option of a catch up class within reason. If you have a physical or mental health condition which may affect your ability to consistently attend classes, we are happy to discuss this at the start of the term to work out an arrangement which fits in with your needs.

Practice Time

Practice time is for students to practice what they have learned during class, or rehearse a routine. It is not for learning new moves or instructing other students, and La Diabla Pole Studio does not accept responsibility or liability for these activities. Please note that practice time is not supervised or guided by an instructor.

Students are welcome to use the bluetooth speakers to play music, however please do not play the same song on repeat unless everyone there is practicing this routine. We recommend using AirPods (or similar) if you are practicing to the same song on repeat.

We encourage our students to report any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour to our instructors so that we may continue to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Social Media

At La Diabla Pole Studio, we celebrate the incredible journeys of our students and the strength they demonstrate both physically and mentally. As part of our commitment to showcasing their progress and inspiring others, our instructors may occasionally capture videos or photos during class for promotional purposes on our social media platforms. We take great pride in highlighting the accomplishments of our students and sharing their remarkable pole journeys. By capturing these moments, we aim to spread empowerment, foster a sense of community, and encourage others to embark on their own transformative experiences. Your participation in our classes not only helps you achieve your personal goals but also contributes to the collective inspiration of countless individuals seeking to embrace their own unique paths.

However, we also prioritize the comfort and consent of our students. We understand that not everyone may feel at ease with having videos or photos taken of them during class. If you prefer to maintain your privacy, we offer two options to accommodate your preferences. Firstly, you can choose to wear one of our many costume masks which will help disguise your identity in any media recordings. Alternatively, if you would rather not be filmed at all, we kindly ask that you inform our instructors, and they will ensure that you are not included in any promotional content. We believe in creating a safe and inclusive environment where every student's boundaries and wishes are respected. Your satisfaction and comfort are of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring your positive experience throughout your pole journey.
